How do I return an item?

Return Policy for New, Unopened, Unused Products; Customer satisfaction is a priority at My Online Hardware Store. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund within 14 days of purchase. Items must be new; unused and in original, complete packaging. Refunds will be for the cost of the item, minus a 10% restocking fee. The original shipping charge will not be refunded. The cost of shipping the item back to us is the responsibility of the customer. To get a refund started, please e-mail [email protected] for a return authorization number and return instructions. The return authorization number is required. Please follow the return instructions in the e-mail for prompt service. Please allow four weeks for the refund to be completed. This includes shipping and processing time.

Exchange Policy for Wrong Item Shipped; If My Online Hardware Store accidently ships the wrong item, we will exchange the item free of charge, including all shipping costs associated with the return. Please e-mail [email protected] for an exchange authorization number and shipping information. All items must be in new, unopened, unused condition.

Damaged Item; Please inspect your package upon delivery; make appropriate note on receiving documents from shipper if applicable.. If it is damaged in any way, please e-mail us at [email protected] within 5 days of receipt. My Online Hardware Store will initiate a claim with the shipping company. My Online Hardware Store will replace the item at no charge to you.

Product Failure: All warranty claims must be filed with the manufacture of the product. Products sold by My Online Hardware Store come with a manufacturer’s warranty. To make sure your product is protected by the warranty, you must complete any warranty information documents contained in the packaging and return these documents to the appropriate address. If no warranty information is contained within the packaging, make sure you record the manufacturer’s warranty service center information displayed in the packaging. My Online Hardware Store does not provide any warranty, either expressed or implied, beyond the warranty of the manufacturer of the product.
